Last Spring, I had the great pleasure to be a guest on “Cardinal Points”, the radio program hosted by my friend, Ed Cardinal. We talked about sound and healing, silence, Earth-based spirituality, and the stillness of movement. Together, we shared some wonderful information, common insights, Virgo energy, and belly laughs.

Here is a link to Ed’s Cardinal Points site with information and the recording of the show. It was great fun to get together with my friend to do this, and an honor to be asked. Ed provides a great service to his audience. His spirit and intention-based programs are insightful, healing, and uplifting. Enjoy!

Last December, I had the honor of providing music for a beautiful Lantern Floating Ceremony at Cameron Art Museum, in Wilmington, NC .

I played shakuhachi flute, Native American flute, and frame drum, as participants placed the candle-lit paper lanterns they had decorated and dedicated on a small pond behind the museum.

My friend and spiritual brother, Mike El (Michael Jones), shared his beautiful sounds, as well, and we improvised flute duets and flute/drum meditations together.

Thanks to Nan Pope for inviting us to play, and to CAM and Alan Cradick for use of his beautiful photos.

A few photos from my performance for the Grand Opening of Her Bohemian Way, in Sneads Ferry, NC.  A wonderful new space---workshops, yoga, massage, bodywork, jewelry, CDs, and other arts for sale. Angelic Leray Elrod has done a great job co-creating this space.

Here is a short YouTube video of a live performance there of my download single, Turtle Welcoming Song. Find that single as well as the full album, Turtle Journey at CDBaby--visit my Turtle Journey page here at my site for the link!
