Vocal selections use lush orchestral style accompaniment, with traditional lyrics or "vocables". These vocables are vocal syllables that are used for the sound of it, or that express an ancient language. Interspersed with the vocal selections are meditative instrumentals that use a variety of wooden flutes, including shakuhachi, Hopi flute, and Native American style flute. One track is a live recording of a drum circle, with peeper frogs and other recorded accompaniment. The music of Earth Medicine has the power to take you to a place of rest and energy. It is ideal music for massage and other bodywork, and for relaxation, meditation, and yoga.

Music for wooden flutes and Tibetan singing bowls, with some chants. East meets West as mesmerizing flute melodies are supported by the other-worldly sound of Tibetan bowls. Deep rich gong-like sounds propel us into the music, and the sustained overtone hum of the bowls creates a safe blanket of sound for the creative, multilayered melodies of the flutes.
